You can restore any expired or released SIM number within 120 days from the purchase date. Then you may want to buy another 120-day storage period; otherwise, the number will be scrapped. Fees may apply.

Where can I find received SMS messages?

All inbound messages are accessible in the virtual inbox under your account. You can also forward a copy to your email address or script URL.

Do I need to pay for inbound messages on my SIM number?

All SMS messages received with SIM numbers are free of charge.

Can I be sure that number wasn't used before?

You will be able to receive any SMS sent from any sender using our SIM numbers, but the situation could get complicated by the security measures of the online service. They could trace your IP or any common combination that was used too many times before and, as a result, refuse to send you an SMS. Still, it's not because of your SIM number.

Do I need an additional device?
