1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when Proovl may provide a refund for purchased Credit.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy.
By purchasing Credit or requesting a refund, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. First Purchase Refund
Proovl may provide a refund only for your first Credit purchase and only if all of the following conditions are met:
- the refund request is submitted within 14 days after the purchase;
- no Credit from that purchase has been used, spent, deducted, or consumed;
- no KIT has been purchased, renewed, activated, or delivered using that Credit;
- no paid Proovl functionality has been used with that Credit;
- your account has not violated the Terms of Service, AML Policy, Acceptable Use rules, or any other Proovl requirement.
If any Credit from the first purchase has been used, that purchase is not eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items
Proovl does not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, replacements, restorations, or compensation for:
- used or partially used Credit;
- expired Credit;
- KIT purchases or renewals;
- expired, deleted, unavailable, or lost KITs;
- SMS delivery, receiving, sending, routing, or storage failures;
- service interruptions or technical limitations;
- account suspension or termination caused by violations;
- customer error;
- changes in prices, discounts, promotions, Credit packages, KIT conditions, SMS limits, Premium eligibility, or available functionality.

4. Payment and AML Review
Incorrect, incomplete, expired, suspicious, high-risk, or otherwise irregular payments may be delayed, rejected, held, returned, or require additional verification under the Proovl AML Policy.
Any approved refund or returned payment may be reduced by blockchain fees, network fees, bank fees, payment processor fees, chargeback costs, risk-review costs, or other transaction-related costs.

5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted through the Support page available inside your Proovl account.
Proovl may request additional information, payment details, transaction information, KYC, or other verification before reviewing or approving a refund request.

6. Changes to This Policy
Proovl may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The updated policy will be published on Proovl.com or made available inside your Proovl account.
Your continued use of Proovl after the updated policy becomes available means that you accept the updated policy.
